Delivery and return of goods

We use Venipak and UPS to deliver orders. Delivery times are 2 weeks for home textiles and clothing and 2-4 weeks for furniture.

We want to make sure your order reaches you, so we ask for your signature when we deliver it.

If you have purchased from our website, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. by post, confirming that we have received your order and providing your order number. After this confirmation, if you need more information about your order, please contact us by email. email with your order number and we will answer any questions you may have.

We will inform you by email as soon as possible. by mail or phone in case of any problems: if the goods you ordered are not available, if we find an error in the product or price, if we cannot get an authorisation from your credit card, or if we are unable to process your order for unforeseen reasons.

When your order is ready and dispatched, we will inform you by email. by sending you the courier’s details by post so you can track the progress of the delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If not, you can return your order at any time, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Once you have received your order, inspect the goods and check that the order is complete according to the bill of lading provided. If there are any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To return an order or part of an order, please inform us by email. email and we will send you a return form to fill in. Fill in the form, quote the return number and send it back to us at the address on the delivery form. The cost of returning the goods will be yours. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods reach us in the condition in which they were received, so please use a secure shipping method. Refunds will be paid according to the original form of payment.

We do not refund courier costs unless the goods are damaged or incorrectly delivered.

We will do our best to acknowledge and process your return as soon as possible, but during holiday periods please allow us a little more time, 21 days, to complete the return in full.
