If you make a purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible by email to confirm that we have accepted your order and provide you with an order number. After this confirmation, if you need more information about your order, you can always contact us at info@linooworld.com with your order number and we will answer any questions you may have. We will inform you immediately by email or phone if the goods you ordered are not available, if we find an error in the product or price, if we are unable to obtain an authorisation from your credit card, or if we are unable to fulfil your order for any other unforeseen reason.

Once you have received your order, please check that the order is complete according to the bill of lading provided. If there are any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. You can return all goods for any reason, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
